Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges for eligible products, subject to the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size or color variants of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Tracer reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet quality check standards.


How to Initiate an Exchange

  • To request an exchange, contact us at online@tracerindia.com or through our website with your order details and the required exchange variant.

  • Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.


Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Exchange-related reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping charges must be paid in advance or will be adjusted against the exchange value, as applicable.

  • No shipping charges will be refunded for exchanged orders.


Exchange Process

  • Once the original item is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size or variant is unavailable, you may choose to:

    • Receive a refund as per our Refund Policy, or

    • Select an alternative product of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer).


Limitations

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

  • Exchanges are not applicable on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, odor, stains, or damage will not be eligible for exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.


Important Notes

  • Exchange requests raised after the eligibility window will be treated as return requests, subject to approval.

  • Tracer reserves the right to modify or refuse exchange requests based on product condition or misuse of the exchange policy.
